Cancelling a monthly plan

To cancel a monthly virtual service plan, contact us at office@thepremiersuites.com or 703-519-1519. The required notice period must be confirmed by the owner before launch.

Refunds

Monthly fees are billed in advance. The owner must confirm whether partial-month refunds are offered, and under what conditions, before this policy is published.

Mail handling after cancellation

Mail forwarding, holding, and return practices after cancellation must be confirmed and stated here, consistent with USPS/CMRA requirements.

Office leases and room bookings

Office leases are governed by their individual written agreements. Meeting room cancellation windows must be confirmed by the owner.
